Note:
The machine and the nitrogen generator are located at 98667 Gießübel and must be removed from the building by the buyer.
- Nitrogen generator: Located on the ground floor, still connected, and accessible at ground level through a garage door.
- Soldering machine: Located on the upper floor, still installed, and accessible from outside via a French balcony (height approx. 4.20 m). Suitable lifting equipment, such as a crane or forklift, is required for transport.
